Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 lb. margarine
5 c. flour
1/2 gal. chicken broth
1/8 c. chicken base
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
3/4 c. chopped onions
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 gal. milk, heated
1 3/4 lb. American cheese slices
12 c. broccoli
Preparation

Cook broccoli and onions together until tender.
In the meantime, melt the margarine and stir the flour, salt, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce and chicken base together.
Add chicken broth.
When mixed thoroughly, add the hot milk and cheese to melt.
Last of all, add the broccoli and onions.
