Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag frozen vegetables, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 (4 oz.) c. Swiss cheese, grated
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1/4 jar pimento
    1 can French fried onions (rings)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except 1/2 can onions.
    Pour into casserole.
    Bake covered at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Top with remaining onions.
    Bake 5 minutes uncovered.
