Peach Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. brown sugar
5 Tbsp. flour
4 to 5 peaches
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
2/3 c. white sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Mix together brown sugar and 3 tablespoons flour.
Put in the bottom of an unbaked 9-inch pie crust.
Cut up 4 to 5 peaches into fourths if peaches are small or eighths if peaches are large. Place these pieces on the mixture so that the pits are upward.
