Chicken Tortellini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken breast
    8 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 stalk celery
    1 onion
    3 (10 3/4 oz.) cans condensed chicken broth
    9 oz. frozen broccoli
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) cream of chicken soup
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1/2 c. dry vermouth
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 (7 oz.) cheese tortellini
Preparation
    Simmer chicken in water, salt, pepper, celery and onion for 1 hour.
    Remove chicken, cool and strain broth.
    In large pan, combine broth, condensed chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, chopped onion, carrots, vermouth or water, garlic, basil and oregano.
    Bring to boil.
    Add cubed chicken and tortellini. Simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
    Add broccoli.
    Simmer an additional 20 minutes.
    Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
