Microwave Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. dark corn syrup
1/4 c. brown sugar
3 eggs
2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3/4 c. chopped pecans
9-inch pastry shell, baked
Preparation

Combine syrup, sugar, eggs, butter and vanilla.
Stir in pecans.
Pour into prepared crust.
Heat 10 minutes, until pie is set.
Let stand until cool.
Garnish, if desired, with sweetened whipped cream.
Yields 8 servings.
