Crispy Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/2 lb. fresh crabmeat
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    3 eggs, well beaten
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 to 3 tsp. pepper
    2 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Saute onion, celery and green pepper in butter until tender. Combine all remaining ingredients except vegetable oil, stirring well.
    Form into patties 3 inches in diameter and 1/2-inch thick. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
    Drain on paper towels.
