Chicken And Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 hen, boiled and deboned
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. flour
    1 egg
    water
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt, pepper, egg, baking powder and enough water to form a stiff dough.
    Divide dough into 3 parts and roll, one at a time, very thin on floured surface.
    Cut into 1 1/2-inch strips and drop into broth.
    Add chicken.
    Serve hot.
