Tomato Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 roll Butter-Me-Not biscuits
2 to 3 ripe tomatoes, sliced and peeled (optional)
1 chopped onion
1 chopped green pepper
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Line 11 x 13 Pyrex dish with biscuits. Layer tomatoes. Saut onion and pepper in butter. Spread on top. Mix mayonnaise and sour cream together. Spoon on top. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
