Strawberry Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 yellow cake mix, cooked in layers as directed
    2 pkg. frozen strawberries
    2 c. sour cream
    1 small (8 oz.) Cool Whip
    1 1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Split cake layers, if desired. Mix sugar, sour cream and strawberries. Use half for filling between layers. Mix remaining half with Cool Whip and use for frosting. Should be refrigerated for 2 days.
