Holiday Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) pie crust, baked
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 pt. whipping cream
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Blend cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla until light and smooth.
Whip the cream.
Blend one half into cheese mixture. Fold second half of whipped cream into mixture.
Place into pie shell.
Chill for several hours.
Top with fresh or frozen fruit such as strawberries, raspberries or peaches.
