Harvest Cubed Beets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. water
    3 c. beets, cubed
Preparation
    Boil 5 minutes. Let stand 30 minutes. Warm up. Add 3 tablespoons butter, then eat.
