Chicken And Spaghetti(Italian) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) broiler-fryer, cut up
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
1 1/2 c. water
1 small onion, minced
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
1 (7 oz.) pkg. vermicelli, cooked
1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
-
Cook chicken and garlic in olive oil in a Dutch oven over medium heat until chicken is browned, turning once.
Add tomato paste and next 7 ingredients.
Cook, uncovered, over low heat for 1 hour or until chicken is tender.
Serve over pasta.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Yields 6 servings.
