Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 pt. fresh strawberries
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
1 deep dish pie crust

Preparation

Mash 1 pint strawberries.
Cook slowly with cornstarch and sugar until thick and clear.
Bake pie crust.
Slice 1 pint strawberries into crust; top with cooked mixture.
Chill.
Top with whipped cream before serving.
