Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. lasagna noodles
    1 lb. ground beef or chuck
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce (with mushrooms)
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. leaf oregano
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
    Brown beef and onion in a large skillet.
    Drain.
    Stir in spaghetti sauce, garlic salt and oregano; boil.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Layer 1/3 noodles, 1/3 sauce and 1/3 cottage, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses in a 2-quart buttered rectangular baking dish.
    Repeat twice.
    Bake 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
    Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
    How about doing two and freeze one. Serves 6 to 8.
