Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 c. chopped apples
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 stick butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    cinnamon (if desired)
Preparation
    Melt butter in large saucepan.
    Put in apples and cook.
    Mix brown sugar and flour.
    Sprinkle over apples.
    May need about 1/4 cup of water added.
    When apples are beginning to get done, pour into a deep dish pie shell.
    Top with 1/2 stick of butter, 2/3 cup flour and 2/3 cup sugar.
    Mix sugar and flour, then work in butter to make crumbly.
    Sprinkle over pie and bake for a short while until topping is brown.
    You may add pecans in topping.
