Deviled Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1-1/2 lb. sirloin steak
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. chopped onion, or more if desired
1 clove minced garlic
3 Tbsp. oil
1/2 c. water
3/4 c. tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. horseradish, or more if desired
1 tsp. prepared mustard
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. cumin, or more if desired

Preparation

Trim fat from steak and slice in thin, 2-inch strips. Coat with flour and brown with onion and garlic in the oil. Stir in water, tomato sauce, vinegar, horseradish, mustard and seasonings. Cover and simmer until tender, stirring occasionally, scraping bottom of pan. Add water as needed. Serve over noodles or with mashed potatoes. Makes 5-6 servings.
