Baked Steak Supper - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. round steak
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 stems celery, sliced
5 green onions, sliced or 1 onion
4 carrots, sliced
4 potatoes, peeled and cut into large chunks
Creole seasoning
Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Place a piece of foil in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Spray foil with Pam.
Pour Worcestershire over both sides of meat and sprinkle Creole seasoning over both sides of meat.
Place meat on foil in pan.
Spread soup over top of meat.
Place onions over soup.
Top with other vegetables.
Sprinkle water over vegetables.
Sprinkle vegetables lightly with Creole seasoning. Fold foil over and close securely.
Bake for 1 1/2 hours.
Serve on platter.
