Round Steak Roll-Up - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread
    2 stalks celery
    1/4 onion
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. top round steak, very thinly cut
    4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    string
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley
    1 Tbsp. thyme
Preparation
    In a bowl, break up bread and sprinkle with thyme, parsley, salt and pepper.
    Set aside.
    Saute celery and onion in butter. Add to bread and mash together.
    This is your stuffing.
    (You may need to add some water to your stuffing.)
