Tuna Stuffed Jalapenos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans tuna, drained
    2 qt. whole jalapenos
    1/4 c. minced onion (optional)
    garlic powder to taste
    1 1/2 to 2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Slice peppers in half; seed and cut off stems.
    Drain on paper towel for 1 hour, if possible.
