Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) can frozen apple juice concentrate
3/4 c. water
4 tsp. arrowroot powder or cornstarch
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. coriander
Preparation

Blend
ingredients briefly on high.
Pour into saucepan and cook
over
medium
heat, stir constantly until thick and clear. Keep refrigerated.
Makes 1 1/2 cups.
