Ingredients

1 lb. raw cranberries
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
3/4 c. orange juice
Preparation

Wash and drain cranberries; remove any stems.
Place in medium saucepan with 2 cups water.
Bring to boiling; boil for 6 to 8 minutes, or until soft, stirring frequently.
Press cranberries and liquid through sieve to puree; return to saucepan.
Stir sugar into cranberries.
Bring to boiling; reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Add lemon juice and orange juice. Pour into a 9-inch square pan.
Freeze 8 hours or overnight.
Cut into 16 squares.
Makes 16 servings.
