Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage, bacon or ham, cooked and crumbled
    1 c. Bisquick or Jiffy mix
    6 eggs
    3 c. milk
    2 lb. Cheddar or Swiss cheese, shredded
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 c. onion, diced
    1 c. mushrooms, sliced
Preparation
    Combine all the ingredients.
    Pour mixture into baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until golden brown.
