Creamy Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of celery soup
1 (3 oz.) chive cream cheese, cubed
1 pkg. hash browns
1/3 c. shredded cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease a 1-quart casserole.
In 1-quart saucepan, cook onion in butter until tender.
Stir in undiluted soup and cream cheese cubes, stirring constantly until smooth.
In casserole, alternate frozen potatoes and hot sauce, ending with sauce layer.
Cover and bake 45 minutes until sauce is bubbly. Remove and sprinkle with cheese.
