Mondo Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crab meat
2 eggs, well beaten
2 tsp. mustard
1 Tbsp. minced onion yellow
dash of Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. cracker or bread crumbs
4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
butter (to fry)
Preparation

Gently mix in bowl; shape into patties. Fry until sides are golden brown. Serve with cocktail sauce (if you want) while hot.
