Mushroom Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    8 oz. sliced mushrooms (fresh or canned)
    3 eggs
    1 medium onion, minced
    1/2 c. milk
    8 oz. Edam cheese, grated
    4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    parsley
    1 pie shell crust
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Saute mushrooms and onion in butter; place in bottom, of prebaked pastry shell.
    Add cheese (you may substitute Cheddar or Swiss).
    Beat eggs until frothy with electric mixer; gradually stir in milk.
    Pour on top of cheese. Sprinkle bacon and parsley on top.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and continue baking for 15 minutes on a cookie sheet.
    Cool 10 minutes before serving.
