My Favorite Snack - Crisp Fruit Bake - cooking recipe

1 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. rolled oats
1 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1/4 Tbsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. (1 stick) Shedd's spread Country Crock, melted
4 c. sliced fresh or canned fruit (use a mix of apples, pitted cherries, peaches, pears and berries; drained)
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a medium bowl blend together flour, oats, sugar, cinnamon, salt, baking soda and baking powder.
Stir in Shedd's spread.
Using pastry blender or fingertips, work it like pastry to form a crumbly mixture.
Spread half the mixture in an even layer over bottom of an 8-inch square pan.
Do not press down on it.
Spoon fruit over crust to form an even layer.
Scatter remaining mixture evenly over top.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes until lightly browned.
Serve warm.
