Italian Style Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole fryer, cut in parts
1 1/2 c. tomato juice
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 small can bamboo shoots (optional)
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Wash chicken parts.
Dry on paper towel. Put tomato juice in baking dish.
Roll chicken in juice, leaving the chicken skin side down.
Sprinkle spices over chicken.
Bake one hour in 350\u00b0 oven.
Turn chicken over; add bamboo shoots. Bake 30 more minutes.
