Refrigerator Fruitcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. marshmallows
    1 c. milk
    1 lb. graham crackers, crushed
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 lb. candied raisins
    1/2 lb. glazed cherries
    1/2 lb. glazed pineapple
    1 pkg. dates
    4 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 lb. candied lemon peel
Preparation
    Melt marshmallows in milk; add crackers and vanilla. Chop fruits, add fruit, nuts and lemon peel to marshmallow mixture. Pack in cracker box; let stand in refrigerator 24 hours.
    Slice and serve as needed.
    Will keep in refrigerator for several months.
