Peaches N' Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. self-rising flour
    3 Tbsp. margarine, softened
    1 egg
    3 1/4 oz. pkg. vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
    1/2 c. milk
    1 (15 oz.) can sliced peaches
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    3 Tbsp. reserved juice (from peaches)
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in mixing bowl.
    Beat 2 minutes. Pour into greased 9-inch pie plate. Drain peaches and reserve juice.
    Place peaches over the batter in the plate.
    Mix the cream cheese, sugar and 3 tablespoons reserved juice until smooth. Spoon to within 1-inch of edge of batter. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
