Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    7 Tbsp. cornstarch
    dash of salt
    1 1/2 c. water
    3 beaten egg yolks
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt; add water.
    Boil until turns color.
    Add egg yolk.
    Cook 6 minutes.
    Add butter, lemon rind and lemon juice.
    Cool.
    Pour into cooked pie shell.
