Middle Eastern Turkey Saute(Yields 4 To 6 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. ground coriander
    1/4 tsp. ground turmeric
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 (16 oz.) carton plain yogurt
    5 medium carrots, thinly sliced
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1 to 2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 c. water
    8 to 12 oz. sliced fully cooked turkey breast portion, cut into 1-inch strips
    1 (15 oz.) can garbanzo beans, drained
    3 to 4 c. cooked hot rice
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, stir coriander, turmeric and garlic powder into yogurt.
    Set aside.
