Instant Egg Nog - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 small box vanilla instant pudding mix
1/3 c. sugar
6 c. milk
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
2 stiffly beaten egg whites
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Preparation

Mix pudding mix and sugar in large bowl.
Beat egg yolks and strain into milk.
Add mixture, beating at lowest speed on mixer. Beat egg whites until stiff.
Fold into mixture.
Add vanilla and nutmeg.
Chill; shake or stir before serving.
Very good.
