Chewy Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine or butter
    2 c. light brown sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Melt margarine and sugar and let cool;
    beat in eggs and add vanilla.
    Add flour and nuts and mix well.
    Pour in greased pan (9 x 13-inch).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    When you take it out of the oven, put a wet paper towel over top of it until Chewy Cake is cool.
    Cut in squares.
