Red Snapper With Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 lb. red snapper fillets
    1 Tbsp. olive or vegetable oil, divided
    1 small garlic clove, minced
    dash each: salt and pepper
    1/2 c. diced red onion
    1/2 c. tomato sauce
Preparation
    On sheet of wax paper or a paper plate, combine flour, salt and pepper.
    Dredge fish in flour mixture, coating both sides.
