Chicken Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    boned chicken breast
    Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing crumbs
    1/2 pt. heavy cream
    melted butter
Preparation
    Pound each chicken breast until flat.
    Prepare stuffing following package directions (1 cup for every 2 chicken breasts). Place a ball of stuffing in the middle of each breast.
    Fold breast around stuffing and pinch together at top and sides.
    Place in a buttered baking dish and brush with melted butter.
    Sprinkle with stuffing crumbs and pour cream over the top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
