Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts, cooked and deboned
10 boiled eggs, grated fine
2 c. pickle relish, drained well
3 stalks celery, chopped fine
1 Tbsp. salt or to taste
1 tsp. black pepper or to taste
2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
Preparation

Chop chicken breasts.
Add all the remaining ingredients, mixing well.
Add more seasoning and mayonnaise, if needed. Sprinkle with paprika and decorate with fresh parsley.
