Italian Beans Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 (16 oz.) can whole new potatoes, drained and sliced
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 (16 oz.) can Italian green beans, drained
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

In skillet, saute onion and pepper in butter until soft.
Add potatoes; saute 2 minutes.
Add tomatoes; cook over high heat until slightly thickened.
Add beans; heat through.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Makes 6 servings.
Preparation and cook time: 20 minutes.
