Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cooked, skinned, deboned and chopped
    3 to 4 jalapeno peppers, chopped very fine
    12 oz. sharp or medium Cheddar cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 large onion, chopped and cooked tender
    pinch of garlic salt
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix ingredients and microwave 10 to 12 minutes, rotating and stirring every 3 minutes.
    Serve hot with tortilla chips as a dip or over tortilla chips as a meal.
