Ingredients

8 slices veal or chicken cutlet or beef (lean)
6 potatoes, sliced thin
8 carrots, sliced thin
1 large onion, diced
1 c. white cooking wine
Preparation

In deep baking dish, layer starting with potatoes, meat and carrots.
Sprinkle onion, salt and pepper to taste.
After 2 to 3 layers, pour 1 cup of wine over entire contents.
Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325\u00b0.
