New Orleans Shrimp Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) can shrimp
    1/2 green pepper, minced
    1 small onion, minced
    1 c. cauliflower sections
    12 stuffed olives, sliced
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    salt
    dash of pepper
    dash of Tabasco
    1/2 c. Hellmann's mayo
Preparation
    Cook rice in boiling water until tender.
    Drain and cool. Drain and cut shrimp in half.
    Mix shrimp, rice, vegetables and lemon juice.
    Add remaining seasonings and mayonnaise; stir carefully.
    Serve with crisp greens, garnishing with cucumber slices and tomato slices.
    Serves 4.
