Buttermilk Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    3 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. Crisco oil
    1 c. flaked coconut
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 tsp. coconut flavoring
Preparation
    Cream eggs (beat) and sugar.
    Add flour and buttermilk.
    Add other ingredients and mix well with a spoon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour in a greased and floured pan, 13 x 9-inch long, or Bundt pan.
