Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 single saltine crackers
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. chopped bell pepper
1 can tomato soup
1 lb. ground beef
Preparation

Combine crackers, milk, eggs, salt, pepper, onion and bell pepper.
Mix well; add ground beef.
Form into balls; brown in skillet and add tomato soup.
Simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
