Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

1 unbaked pie shell
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1 1/2 c. canned pumpkin or fresh
1 2/3 c. evaporated milk
2 eggs, well beaten
Preparation

Combine sugar, salt and spices.
Add pumpkin, milk and eggs; beat until smooth.
Pour into shell.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until silver knife inserted in the filling comes out clean.
