Overnight Malasadas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. milk
    2 tsp. butter
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1 cake yeast in 1/4 c. lukewarm water
    1/4 c. sugar
    4 eggs, well beaten
    3 c. sifted flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over butter, sugar and salt in a large bowl. Add milk and let stand until lukewarm.
    Add yeast, then eggs and flour last.
    Chill in refrigerator overnight.
    Fry in hot oil next morning.
