Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken
    1 stick butter
    1 small bag Pepperidge Farm stuffing
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 c. chopped celery
    4 oz. can mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Cook the chicken and save the broth.
    Melt the butter and mix with the stuffing.
    Put half of the stuffing in bottom of greased casserole dish.
    Layer rest of ingredients.
    Add rest of stuffing crust and sprinkle with stuffing.
    Cook 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
