Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    In large skillet, cook and stir meat and onion in margarine until meat is brown and onion tender.
    Drain off fat; add 2 tablespoons of fat or vegetable oil to skillet.
    Stir in flour, salt, pepper, mushrooms and soup.
    Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.
    Stir in sour cream; heat through.
    Do not allow to boil.
    Serve over noodles.
    Yield: 4 servings.
