Gladys' Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. chopped chicken
2 c. celery, chopped fine
2 cans mushroom soup (undiluted; may add more)
sliced mushrooms
6 boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 c. almonds, sliced
1/2 c. onion, minced
3 c. cooked rice
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. margarine
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Put into a large buttered casserole bowl; top with crushed potato chips.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
