Vidalia Onion Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large Vidalia onions, thinly sliced
    25 Ritz crackers, crushed
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Place half of onions in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Top with half of the crackers and half of the Parmesan cheese.
    Repeat with remaining ingredients.
    Pour melted margarine over casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
