Venita'S Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 average can tomatoes
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 small head lettuce
    1 medium pkg. Fritos
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; pour off liquid.
    Add taco seasoning to your taste.
    I use about 1/2 package.
    Drain off juice from tomatoes and add enough water to make 1 cup.
    Simmer about 15 minutes.
    Chop and mix lettuce, tomatoes and onion.
    When ready to serve, mix meat, salad and cheese.
    Serve over Fritos.
