Ham And Cheddar Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes
    2 cans Campbell's Cheddar cheese soup
    1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
    2 c. ham, cubed
    2 Tbsp. diced pimentos
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Slice and parboil enough potatoes for a 9 x 13-inch pan; drain.
    Gently stir in the cheese soup, ham, mushrooms and pimentos.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Do not add other liquid; this will be thick.
    Spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Cover with foil the first 25 minutes of baking time.
